Stored data

This includes workout dates and times, exercise names, the memory level and input mode selected for each exercise, sets, weights, repetitions, notes, record status, and your display-unit setting. The app uses these details to show receipt summaries. Drafts are saved automatically while you work, and custom exercise names remain available after a record using them is deleted.

Purpose

Stored information is used only to create, display, edit, retain, and summarize your workout records in the app. It is not used for ads, advertising measurement, or personalization.

Transfer and sharing

The app does not send your records to the developer or other parties. It has no account, server, app-managed cloud sync, analytics, tracking, or advertising service.

Permissions

The app does not request or use device permissions, including Health, Photos, Camera, Location, Contacts, Microphone, or Notifications.

Retention and deletion

Data remains on the device until you delete individual records or exercises where the app provides that action. The app has no delete-all feature. Offload App generally keeps its documents and data for a later reinstall; Delete App can remove the app and its local data, so do not rely on offloading or deletion as a backup strategy.

Device backup

The app has no in-app cloud backup or account sync. If iOS device backup is enabled, the operating system may include local app data according to your Apple backup settings. Apple controls backup storage and restoration; a backup is not guaranteed to be available or restorable.

Diagnostics

If startup storage fails, you can choose Copy diagnostics. The app then copies a sanitized technical summary that omits workout content to the clipboard; it does not send it automatically. Standard OS diagnostic logging may record technical failure metadata. Clipboard content may be available to other apps under iOS clipboard rules until you replace or clear it.

Support emails and privacy requests

Contact us at omelvianofficial@omelvian.com. If you email us, your email address, message, and any attachments you include pass through your mail service to the support mailbox. This is separate from the workout records stored locally by the app.

Do not send your full workout history or unnecessary sensitive information. To ask about or request deletion of personal information in support emails, contact the same address. The developer cannot remotely view or delete workout records stored only on your device.

This website

We have not added our own analytics, advertising trackers, accounts, or contact forms to this website. It is hosted on ChatGPT Sites; the hosting service may process technical access information, such as IP addresses and request information, to deliver and secure the site. Website access information is separate from locally stored app data.
